“From the day we're born, our greatest gift is the ability to feel. As I reflect on the title of this page, "Our Story," I'm reminded of my dearest customers since 2018, my family, friends, beekeepers, tribals, and more. Organic Monkey began with just me, but today, it's a community of individuals who took a leap of faith to help and support my passion.
I'm Abhijit, but you can call me Abi. I spent 26 years in Oman before returning to India in 2009. Life brought me 18 surgeries, brief moments of being dead, and four years of being bedridden. Through these experiences, I discovered my true essence as a presence growing through love and faith, beyond my physical and mental self.
I founded Organic Monkey in 2018 in Tiruvannamalai, Tamil Nadu, to pursue my lifelong passion for connecting with health-conscious individuals. Organic Monkey means the monk within my organic self, and it’s about sharing the love for human connections, purity, knowledge, and a healthy lifestyle.

We are a team of two, myself and Shakti. His immeasurable support and dedication keep Organic Monkey going.
Update: After six years, Shakti had to leave due to some health issues and different callings. From Jan 1st, 2024, its me and new staffs. As a team, we will continue to ensure our passion flows into our daily work, turning challenges into growth, and ultimately, creating Organic Monkey products with love and confidence.
We follow some spiritual ethics on how Organic Monkey runs - energy, frequency, and vibration, inspired by the great Nikola Tesla. Energy wise, we source pure raw honey from like-minded individuals that share our passion. Frequency wise, our intention is to spread knowledge on these wonders as it clarifies the significance of the pure products we provide our customers. As for vibration, we simplify the customer experience with Organic Monkey, while exploring and evolving more with their valuable feedback and suggestions that directs us.

We have found over 170 different variants of raw honey in India, have around 132 of them, and sell over 55 variants. Organic Monkey is growing and will keep growing, but not by a mere name or label, but by its quality and trust. Complete credit goes to mother nature, the passionate people we are sourcing products from, and our wonderful customers. It's simple, beautiful and there is a lot more to come than just selling products.
